Getting started:
To begin, please schedule a complimentary Introduction call to discuss your goals and current health status and explore the various coaching services available to you.
Next, is the Initial Consultation where time is provided to dive deeper into your health history, goals and align your objectives with the services available and develop a plan together.
Once you’ve decided on the coaching package, appointments will be scheduled and your journey will begin.
The Journey:
We will collaborate by establishing meaningful goals, navigating your unique path, and overcoming any obstacles that may arise.
Together, we will cultivate sustainable habits, promote positive aging, and make choices that pave the way for a life filled with energy, balance, and satisfaction.

Growing up, I always had a curiosity about health and fitness. Like many others, I fell into the trap of the fad diet culture, and for years I measured my worth based on how well my clothes fit me.
Now, through acceptance, curiosity blossomed, and this is when my daily wellness journey began. I am now excited to be comfortable with who I am because I know I am in tune with myself.
