However, the reality is that although suitable skincare products can certainly assist, there are several other factors that significantly impact the condition of our skin, with the most crucial factor being our dietary choices. Therefore, let’s explore the complex connection between our diet and skin and highlight the essential nutritional elements to prioritize in order to achieve a radiant complexion.
I recently had a discussion with an esthetician about our responsibility in maintaining the health of our skin beyond regular appointments with them. Estheticians are like magicians who can offer valuable information on skin protection, provide amazing treatments that help us achieve our goals, and address frustrations such as breakouts. However, they are unable to resolve internal issues. Our skin, being the largest organ of our body, covers our entire external surface and serves as a protective barrier between our internal organs and the outside world. Therefore, it is important to adopt a holistic approach to our skin health and not solely depend on topical products.
