Hello, I’m Ashley

and I’m so glad you are here!

I have spent my life fueling my curiosity and enthusiasm for health and wellness. At the age of 39, I made the decision to leave my secure job and pursue a career that combines my passion for wellness and helping others.

I am now an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and have created Atlee Wellness, a space dedicated to wellness that is founded on essential fundamentals, self exploration and encourages individuals to make lasting changes in order to enhance their overall health and quality of life.
